As the founding Product Designer at TROOP, I've been instrumental to our product’s growth over the last 3 and a half years. Coming in to the company, we had an initial MVP with a few enterprise clients, but there was no design system, many custom coded components and we were not even using Figma. Since then I have helped grow my small design team where we built our current design system alongside Engineering leads. I’ve worked on many features and domains, including, meeting planning, attendee management and communication, flight and accommodation search, SSO setup, agenda coordination, expense management among others. Internally, I’ve helped foster a strong design culture and have been developing our design framework. I collaborate closely with Engineers and PMs in fast, iterative cycles with short feedback loops. I also help conduct internal and external user testing and interviews, building prototypes in Figma and no-code tools as needed.
